GODDESSES EMPOWERED: THE MEMBERSHIP is a personal development/accountability/social group for ladies who want to connect with like-minded women while working on goal setting to live as our best selves. Our radiant and vibrant Goddess.
During our live monthly sessions we set our monthly goals, check in on those goals, set monthly challenges, and discuss a range of topics of interest. Christina will also lead you through dance movement, meditations, visualization exercises, tapping exercises and affirmations that will set you on the right path.
Whether you are in a funk, you want to start/grow your own business, pursue your true passion, realize your worth, find more time for fun and self care while connecting with like-minded women, you have found your place. There is no such thing as a goal too small and a dream too big!
I am here to help you set an action plan to guide you to where you want to go in your life while helping you connect with your feminine energy… where your true power lives.

Achieving a blissful and fulfilling life does not come without challenges. That is why I am here as your coach to help you stay on track, keep you accountable, and provide you with some fun content and fun new friends.
Who am I? I was a Reality Television producer who developed, created and produced many docu-reality television shows. I lead production teams, taught teams of producers the skills needed to climb the ladder of success. Interviewed celebrities from Keanu Reeves to Sir Anthony Hopkins.
I now empower women through pole dancing, burlesque, and other styles of feminine movement and help them to recognize their uniqueness and capabilities. That there are no limits to what you can achieve regardless of age or background.
Through movement, we will transform your body, how you move, how you present yourself to the world. Building a solid confidence that comes from within, not from how you feel on a good day. I will lead you on a journey to uncover your sensual and sexy side.

TRAINING PROGRAM
This training program prepares the studio’s students for our big live pole dance and burlesque stage show, Goddesses Empowered: The Show. Produced by Flying Curves Dance Studio and (sister, video production company) MercVille Productions, Goddesses Empowered is a unique experience that blends live dance performances and video storytelling sharing the message that within all of us lives a dancer and goddess that comes in all ages, shapes, and size. The Goddesses Empowered training program led by Christina, owner/instructor of Flying Curves Dance Studio and Women’s Empowerment Coach, prepares novice-advanced dancers to take the stage with confidence as a solo-ist and/or group performer. Through this program you will be given the knowledge, tools, and techniques to take your movement and skills to the next level and onto the stage to shine. This is not a student recital but rather an incredible theatrical experience for both audience and dancers to experience. My MercVille Productions, partner/person Jeff, and I come from a reality television/documentary background and we take our expertise and storytelling skills into every show we put out. It is a very unique event that has received great recognition and feedback. You will learn so much about yourself, you will change physically and mentally, you will make friends, you will have the time of your life, and mostly... you will be so proud of yourself and come out of this program a changed woman. A Goddess.
