It was countdown to our 10th show anniversary of Goddesses Empowered: The Show

.I trained my students for 6 months, created the choreography for the show, concepts, etc.
So thankful for the support and help from my co-producer and partner in life, Jeff Mercer who worked tirelessly behind the scenes and created beautiful video for the show.
In all the craziness, exhaustion, and behind the scenes issues it’s easy to forget that this is your passion and exactly what you want to be doing.
Sometimes your mind can’t differentiate between good stress and bad stress.
The key is to always take a step back, take it in from the outside to find that perspective.
Remind yourself that this is not just working towards the goal, this is the goal.
So many times, we look towards the future envisioning a particular goal/dream that we forget to look at the present and realize that we’re already doing it.
